The Balcony - Overlooking the

| This spectacular sunrise from the spacious 8 foot
by 20 foot balcony is
all about why you pay a few dollars more for a condo directly on the
beach as opposed to being "across the street" or a few blocks away.
The balcony is usually the focal point of the condo for
most visitors. It's Bill's favorite place for that first cup of
coffee in the morning and that last bit of relaxation in the
evening. The perfect place to watch the sun rise and to watch dolphins play
early in the morning, to spend time during the day reading or
relaxing, or for that last little bit of relaxation at the end of
the day after the kids are fast asleep! |

(Above) The balcony is well-equipped whether you want to
have meals here, read, access the wireless Internet, or just kick
back any time of the day on one of the reclining chaise lounges.
(Below) If you have family at the pool or on the beach, just a
glance over the balcony rails will allow you to view their
