- We rent only to responsible adults. Renters under 23 years
of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult, staying in the same condo
unit.
- There is a maximum of six people in the two-bedroom,
two-bath condo units.
- Pets are not allowed on the property or in the condominium
units. Gulf Shores ordinances also prohibit pets from the beach areas.
- There is a maximum of two vehicles for each condo unit. Two
parking passes will be issued to two-bedroom units and vehicles without
proper parking identification may be towed away without warning at the
renter's expense. Parking Fee is $10 per vehicle per stay.
- Noise levels should not be such that they disturb other
guests. Noise must be moderated after 11:00 p.m. Disorderly guests will be
ejected.
- Swimming Pools and beach area is for registered guests
only. Swim at your own risk. Red warning flags will fly indicating dangerous
conditions in the Gulf. Pool hours are 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- No fireworks are permitted on the property.
- Glass Containers not allowed on beach or pool areas. No walking over Sea
Oats/Sand Dunes on beach. No excessive digging or open holes.
- Tents, Awnings, Canopies, etc. are not allowed on the beach south of the
Chair Storage Boxes.
- No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, blades, or similar
vehicles are permitted around the pool area, the parking garage or on
walkways.
- Running is not permitted throughout the facility, including
hallways, parking lots, garage, pool areas, lobby areas, etc. Parents are
responsible for their children.
- Do not allow children to play with the elevators and
elevator buttons. Malfunctioning elevators are a problem to everyone, and if
a service call is required, you could be held responsible for the charges.
- Covered parking is for owners only, with a special owner's
parking decal. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed away without warning.
- No motor homes, camping trailers, travel trailers, etc. are
allowed to hook-up on the property. Boats, Jet-Skis, etc. are not
allowed.
- There is no charge for local phone calls. Long distance
calls made must be put on charge cards or called collect.
- Luggage carts are available in the lobby. The carts should
not be taken into the condo unit and should be returned to the lobby when
finished, so others can use them.
- Hanging linens or towels on the balcony rails is not
permitted.
- Please do not feel sea gulls from the balcony.
- Gas or charcoal grills are not allowed on the balcony.
Charcoal grills are available in the pool area on a first-come basis. Grill
space is often shared during the summer months.
- Pool chairs may not be reserved with towels. First come
basis only. Pool furniture or balcony furniture may not be taken to the
beach. Beach rentals furniture is available for a nominal cost., or you can
bring your own beach chairs. Towels from the condo unit should not be taken
to the pool or beach. Please bring your own beach towels.
- Garbage chutes are located on the east end of each floor.
Please bring a supply of medium trash bags and drop only bagged garbage in
the chutes. Do not put large boxes or pizza boxes in the chutes. They will
stop them up. Fish refuse should be in sealed bags only. No fish refuse in
garbage disposal please!
- Please register at the front desk in the lobby, so that
management may locate you in case of an emergency.
- Smoking - If you smoke, we prefer you smoke on the balcony.
